01/25/2024 RFP 24-76229 Data Harvest Spatial Validation Platform
A sole source task order has been awarded to Carahsoft Technology Corp. for software licenses and associated services to use the Mandiant Security Validation Platform. This task order supports a pilot program for Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN).
The requirement is for a feasibility study on radar performance monitoring validation platforms to include a Mission Needs Analysis and developing mission-level systems requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 applies to this requirement.
The software should also provide the ability to be configured with other vendor platforms so that validation can processed in bulk. Specifically, we seek to use REST API to create a data source in a cloud platform that connects directly to the software’s database or targeted dataset to validate the data.
Scientific support includes trouble shooting, case specific queries, general email queries and advice, but excludes validation, platform upgrade or version upgrade support. Vendor must be able to certify compatibility of supplies with the current testing platform and have performed validation studies that conform to CLIA 88 laboratory standards on the same testing platform either directly or with the cooperation of other laboratory partners.
