The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Moapa Valley Community Center Roof Replacement and is located at 320 North Moapa Valley Blvd, Overton, Nevada 89040. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The "Work" consists of removal and replacement of approximately 7,000 sq.ft. urethane roof system including insulation and flashing.

Contractor is not permitted to use the existing restrooms, kitchen, or break rooms in the Goleta Valley Community Center building during the course of the construction. 14. The project consists of the demolition of existing community pool support facilities, including a mechanical shed, showers, restrooms, changing rooms, and an office. These facilities will be replaced by a new 538 square foot building including: a new pool mechanical system and shed, and new pool support facilities. The project scope also includes improvements to the existing pool shell.
