Valley Metro Rail, Inc. (VMR) hereinafter referred to as "Valley Metro", is seeking to hire up to 8 Public Artists for the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Capitol Extension.The Capitol Extension project is a 1.4-mile western extension of the existing Valley Metro light rail transit (LRT) line from downtown Phoenix to the Arizona State Capitol.
