NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) intends to award a sole source contract award to Valley View Senior Life, 1417 W Ash, Junction City, KS 66441. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 with four (4) option years.
The project consists of an envelope upgrade to the Nechako Valley Senior Secondary Auto (approximately 2000 sq. ft.) and Woodworking (approximately 2600 sq. ft.) shops. The envelope upgrade includes removing the Auto shop south wall wood siding and existing windows and installing new batt insulation, plywood, and 2” exterior insulation and concrete composite cladding, foundation insulation, and new low E glazing in aluminum windows.
