Summary DetailsThe BC Public Service Agency (BCPSA) intends to establish a contract for semi-annual (March and September) valuations of the following plans: Long Term Disability Plan (LTD), as described in Sections 3.2Aof this RFP; and Retirement Allowance Benefits (RAB), as described in Sections 3.2B of this RFP.

These services are expected to include appraisals, appraisal reviews, and other valuation services on public projects. Interested consultant firms are asked to complete the REQUEST FOR "LIMITED" ON-CALL RIGHT-OF-WAY VALUATION SERVICES form included with this Request for Proposal (RFP). Each submitted request form will then be reviewed to verify a firm’s compliance with the minimum requirements.

Insurance Valuation Services Project Description :The City of Courtenay is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of capital asset assessment and valuation services to the City’s Statement of Values for property insurance purposes. The City intends to enter into a three (3) year agreement with an optional two (2) extension option with the preferred Proponent to conduct as and if required appraisal services.

Asset Valuation Services Project Description :The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George invites proposals from qualified firms to provide asset appraisal services for certain buildings and structures. This appraisal information will be used for insurance and other management purposes. The anticipated start date is late September 2023 with submission of the final report on or before December 15, 2023.
