The Work to be done under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a pit-less well adapter, site piping, submersible well pump and motor, a mag meter and silent check valve in a valve vault, electrical improvements for the new and existing wells, system integration, SCADA upgrades, and finish grading and seeding. Proposals must be received by March 6, 2024.

The construction includes installation of a new electronic flow control system on an existing globe valve and electrical and/or instrumentation/controls improvements at three (3) different sites.

The Project consists of renovation to eleven pump stations, including new pumps, valves, piping, wet well coating, electrical equipment, and site improvements. This project generally consists of the construction of replacement pumps, piping, valves, electrical improvements, and SCADA modifications; and all other related appurtenances and accessories necessary to complete the Work at the Stearns Road Pump Station. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Stearns Road Pumps Station (200 East Stearns Road) on Wednesday February 22, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., local time to tour the facility.

Rehabilitation of one of the existing wet wells, as well as construction of a new wet well and mechanical and electrical equipment is necessary to keep the LS operating in good condition and to minimize ongoing maintenance costs. This project includes new submersible pumps, a new wet well, new valve vault, and electrical improvements, as well as improved site access. Estimated Amount for Solicitation:$9,017,819.00
