This is a non-personnel services contract to provide VRLA battery quarterly maintenance services in accordance with the battery manufacturer's recommendations and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1188, Preventive Maintenance - Valve Regulated Lead Acid Batteries (VRLA). The batteries are currently installed within seventeen (17) telecommunication facilities at Fort Riley, Kansas.
