Project consists of providing all necessary support, materials, equipment, and accessories to remove, install, and integrate new marquees  at the Main (Gott Rd) and West (Elam Rd) gates, Vance AFB, OK. according to the attached Statement of Work.A Pre-Bid conference and site visit will be conducted on 23 July 2020_ (date) at _10:00 AM. Central Time. (hour) local time, at Building 200 Conference Room 123, 400 Young Road, Vance AFB.   

The work is located at Vance Air Force Base (AFB), south of Enid, OK and KegelmanAuxiliary Air Field (AAF), north of Jet, OK.There will only be one site visit for this project and it is scheduled for May 7, 2024 at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. This site visit will include a visit to Kegelman Auxiliary Air Field.

This is an unrestricted single phase project solicited with the intent to repair Runway 17C/35C and Overruns, and rectify all current UFC deficiencies and existing waivers identified with the Center Runway (17C/35C), Taxiway A, Taxiway C, Taxiway D, Taxiway F, and within the closed diagonal Runways at Vance AFB in Enid, Oklahoma in accordance with the most recent sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) requirements.

SCOPE OF WORK consist of the following: Removal of current fixtures and installation of New LED Light Fixtures. The maximum shutdown time allowed for completion of work is two (2) weeks. Contractor to coordinate shutdown with the AFFS Construction Manager. Removal and disposal of high bay high pressure sodium lights in hangar 170, provide and install new LED light fixtures. SCOPE OF WORK consist of the following: For primary circuits, the term "install" includes the following: Conventional installation using trench and fill method including all preparation work for trenching, digging the trench, setting conduit spacers, laying conduits, bringing conduits to the surface at switch locations and properly terminating same, placing the sand bedding, cleaning the conduit, all preparation work for pulling conductors, pulling same, and attaching terminations on the ends of conductors; and, finally, backfilling trench and replacing disturbed earth, and re-sodding as necessary to leave a clean and neat appearance.
