NNSY Norfolk requires the rental of one (1) 1500 CFM/minute 150PSI Air Compressor with Electric Regenerative Desiccant Dryer. Initial rental period will be six (6) monthswith the option to extend rental of air compressors for six (6) months in one (1) month increments.
The IWTF is currently running on a second air compressor, which has a modified external air-drying unit. The operation no longer has operating redundancy and is at-risk if the second air compressor experiences a failure.Additionally, Public Works operates Alum Systems.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, labor, travel, training, and installation of an Air Compressor Automation system to the Commodies Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Plant Services will work with contractor and coordinate all visits, shutdowns, etc. to complete the task.
