The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement Bureau, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for VAV box replacement with controls upgrades at ductwork being served by AHU-4 and AHU-5 at the Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.

The ECMs may include, but are not limited to, the re-commission, retro-commissioning, interior and exterior lighting, chiller replacement, HVAC controls and system upgrades, multi zone AHU upgrade, replacement of VAV and terminal box, energy management system upgrade, and water conservation repairs. The government intends to fund this procurement using Utility-Provided financing.
