The On-board Vehicle Surveillance System (OBVSS) is a digital bus video camera system with audio capability designed to record on board images and sound. The systems were installed on U.S. government-owned buses and South Korean contract buses transporting Department of Defense Dependents Schools Activity (DoDEA) Pacific West elementary and secondary school students.
