The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement type contract to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Indoor Skydiving Virginia, LLC, for Vertical Wind Tunnel support services in support of U.S.

The contractor shall provide a clean, effective facility for the conduct of vertical wind tunnel training. User requires access to classroom spaces for debriefing purposes.

NAVSUP FLC-Norfolk intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for services related to vertical wind tunnel training to iFLY Indoor Skydiving LLC, 2412 Pacific Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Please see the attached RFQ, PWS and Offer Schedule for all requirement details.This is a solicitation for Vertical Wind Tunnel services.  The solicitation is for a 5-year single award IDIQ.

Wind tunnel training also allows ABNSOTD to prepare its MFF jumpers for MFF School.

Military personnel will  require access to classroom spaces for debriefing purposes.Specific requirements are as follows:4.1.1     The contractor shall provide a total of forty (40) hours of vertical wind tunnel rental hours over a 10 month period.
