A notional design is provided that shows one possible starting point for the design. The new vessel shall meet all United States Coast Guard (USCG) requirements for certification. The vessel shall be delivered to The Trust for Governors Island as a documented USCG Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 46 Subchapter K – “Small Passenger Vessel” less than 100 gross tons within 500 consecutive calendar days of NTP.
