Contractors must ensure their registrations are updated, correct, and have not expired. Do not call the Memphis VA Medical Center and request an alternate date or time.

Firms submitting a quote must be registered at both the System for Award Management (SAM) and Vet Biz (CVE Certified). The Online Representations and Certifications (SAM) must be completed by each firm submitting a proposal prior to the due date, and should reflect the applicable NAICS code (624310) in the profile.
