Contractor to provide Primary Care and Mental Health services to eligible Veteran beneficiaries enrolled with the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), New Orleans, LA and provide these services in Bogalusa,Washington Parish, LA.
The Contractor shall provide Residential Mental Health and Detoxification services to Veteran Administration (VA) beneficiaries (homeless veterans) for whom such care is specifically authorized by the San Francisco VA Medical Center. All performance shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only.
Mental Health services are anticipated to be provided by VA staff on-site and via telehealth in contractor-provided space. The proposed CBOC will provide services for an estimated 3,700 4,100 veteran patients. The current CBOC is operated by a contractor and is located in Chehalis, Lewis County, WA. The anticipated contract will be a re-competition for services to begin at the end of that contract.

The requested service is to provide Equine Assisted Therapy to Veterans who are receiving outpatient care/services from Mental Health Service at Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO), located in Fayetteville, AR. Equine Assisted Therapy is an evidence based holistic and whole therapy more broadly referred to as evidence-based practice.
