SYNOPSIS: INTRODUCTION: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-73(d)(4), the SDVOSB Contractor or SDVOSB Sub-Contractor shall be required to perform a minimum of 85% of the construction work on this project. The offeror shall obtain all necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform this work in the state of Ohio. BONDS: An electronic copy in the form of Bid, Payment and Performance shall be required.
