The Town of The Blue Mountains is seeking qualified contractors to complete full rehabilitation of the Victoria Street Water Tower located at 81 Victoria Street South in Thornbury Ontario. The rehabilitation work will consist of complete replacement of the interior and exterior coating systems as well as process, safety equipment and electrical upgrades.
The area has around ten residential structures, each needing an individual water service lateral and fire protection. UNCP desires professional architecture and engineering to provide basic design services to assist UNCP in establishing a public water utility for future use on the described University property. The project will include installation of a new 6" water line with service connections to individual locations.
