The Burke County Board of Commissioners is currently soliciting proposals to upgrade the security and video monitoring needs for the Burke County Detention Center. The facility is located at 225 GA HWY 24 S. Waynesboro, GA 30830. The vendor shall be familiar with and have a working knowledge of Detention Center population needs. Windows-compatible software must be provided for real-time remote monitoring of all cameras.

The potential project is anticipated to involve: Providing and installing a closed-circuit video monitoring system capable of interoperating with Advantor intrusion detection system equipment. Sub-tasks are anticipated to involve: Conducting a site survey, planning, installing, implementing sensors and closed-circuit video monitoring system.
