Description:The work to be done generally consists of but is not limited to: Contractor shall improve existing slope and parkway that contain existing trees, that previously was generally grubbed and cleared of groundcover and shrubs. Additionally, existing overhead irrigation systems will be removed and replaced with landscape dripline systems utilizing the existing valve locations and control wires to existing Calsense controllers. Work includes clearing any remaining groundcovers, fine grading, soil treatment, landscape planting, installing, landscape dripline irrigation systems, a 30-day plant establishment period, followed by a 60-day project maintenance.
