Water System Assistant ManagerVillage of Plover, WIThe Village of Plover is seeking applications for the position of Water System Assistant Manager. Plover’s population is 13,500 and is located in central Wisconsin. To meet regulatory and permit requirements, this management position is responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the wells, water treatment plant, and distribution system.
The population of the entire metro area of Stevens Point, including the adjacent villages of Plover, Whiting, and Park Ridge, as well as the towns of Carson, Hull, Stockton and Plover, is over 50,000. Based upon conservative estimates, the City will need to add 900 additional housing units by 2040 to meet the expected demand as the City’s population continues to increase.
