The government is seeking a qualified, capable, and experienced contractor who can successfully provide Virtual Reality Training to employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) whereby a permanent virtual reality training platform/program will be created. The system needs to be a fully immersive Virtual Reality training platform in which Soldiers will experience real-world scenarios of inapporopriate behavior unbecoming of a DoD Service Member.  Through this training Soldiers will learn the current regulatory guidance and how to intervene, respond, and report SHARP relatd incidents.Training scenarios will require the use of 360 degree virtual reality techonology. 

The integration of a virtual reality training system will enhance our capabilities in lethality and effectiveness in utilizing Use of Force threat-level assessments.

Description: This two (2) Basic virtual reality training packages (includes computer, headset, weapons, and accessories) with scenario training Three Hundred (300) licenses. Attachment 3 has the Minimum Requirements / Specifications/ Salient Characteristics for the Computer package.6. Deliver FOB Destination to Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph TX.
