Project Description: The Sunrise Mill HVAC System project will involve the complete removal of the current HVAC system and the installation of a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system in the farmhouse at Sunrise Mill

The Hiawatha National Forest is planning to construct a new system(s) of providing electrical power to replace (2) grid-power electric services located at (2) main building sites on the island (Williams Landing Visitor Center and FS Employee Work Center). See the attached location map and service site details.2.

Pre-Proposal Meeting (Optional): March 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM located at Oceano Dunes District, Visitor Center, 555 Pier Ave., Oceano, CA 93445. A site tour of the concession facilities and related premises will be conducted during the meeting. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45- 90 minutes. The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 - 0900.
