One grant element is the removal and eradication of invasive species and vegetation in an approximately 1.2-acre area of the Northfield Town Forest. This project consists of two elements. The first element is the cutting of the invasive species and other vegetation to knee high level to allow for pesticide application and for volunteers to maintain and control future growth. This element shall be completed by 3/31/23.

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that ground vegetation, tree clearing/topping operations, and fencing vegetation is removed from identified locations on Dover Air Force Base and identified properties bordering Dover Air Force Base.Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement and source sought for submission instructions.
