The La Madera-Winterhaven-Racquet Club neighborhood Repaving Project is funded through the Proposition 411, Better Streets, Safe Streets program approved by voters in May, 2022.This project will resurface streets in 3 adjacent neighborhoods by mill and fill. The District is located in and around the city of Camarillo, serves a population of over 70,000 and covers an area of approximately 45 square miles. It has grown from one park to 28 parks since its inception 62 years ago.
