The purpose of this modification is to extend the terms of the Task Order contract W91ZLK-16-D-0002-0004 for six months IAW FAR 52.217-9. This modification to the Task order will serve as a viable contract vehicle to ensure the continuity of this critical Government need until the GAO protest against the new award W91ZLK-19-D-0002 is resolved.This time extension modification is IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) --Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements-Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
