Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 30, 2023. The City of Waco is seeking proposals for the purchase or lease, along with the development, of city-owned land located within an existing historic neighborhood. The proposed area is comprised of several lots making up a total of approximately 4.25 acres.
