The intent of this solicitation is to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for Common Stand Exam (Morrison Hammock) to be performed for the USDA Forest Service, National Forests in Florida, Apalachicola National Forest, Wakulla Ranger District, 57 Taff Drive, Crawfordville, FL 32327.  The project is to install Common Stand Exam (CSE) plots and perform data collection at teach installed plot, using the CSE protocol for 465 plots. 

The USDA Forest Service Southern Region Apalachicola National Forest, Apalachicola and Wakulla Ranger Districts (Florida) is seeking contract solutions to manage the hazardous fuel disposal in response to Hurricane Michael. The government is seeking a best value solution from solution to address the concern. The solutions will be evaluated and considered for a future RFP to address the concerns.

These services are to be provided for lands within, but not limited to, the administrative boundaries of the Nationals Forests in Florida, which includes the Apalachicola, Lake George, Osceola, Seminole, Wakulla Ranger Districts and Florida National Scenic Trail (FNST) lands.
