This Request for Quote is to obtain quotes for asphalt road surface repairs. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Ted Williamson , Utility Operations Superintendent and Doug Lang , Wastewater Operations. Please pay close attention to the addresses that have a “MUST” in the description of work to be done.
All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair. All quotes must be received by Dec. 10, 2019 , no la t er th an 2 p. m. in the Purchasing Office. Award shall be made on the basis of total base quote.
