Through this ITB/RFQ, the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter referenced as State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT) is seeking bids for Sound Barrier, Visual Barrier and Various Wall Maintenance.
Additionally approximately 1,500 LF of security fencing is to be provided along theproperty borders at Frog Pond Lane and Longbrook Avenue and between the Contract Plating Parcel and OU#4with multiple vehicular and pedestrian access gates.The sound barrier and fence alignment will require clearing to be able to construct including temporary access asmuch of the barrier will be on top of ledge.

The Contractor shall provide an On-Call, As-Needed Basis Sound Wall and Barrier Repair Services within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete all repairs. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 13 for a more complete description of services.
