Through this ITB/RFQ, the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter referenced as State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT) is seeking bids for Sound Barrier, Visual Barrier and Various Wall Maintenance.
The sound barrier and fence alignment will require clearing to be able to construct including temporary access as much of the barrier will be on top of ledge. The location of the barrier has been investigated and does not appear to have any Raymark waste, however a contingency plan for handling any encountered waste will be required.

The Contractor shall provide an On-Call, As-Needed Basis Sound Wall and Barrier Repair Services within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete all repairs. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 13 for a more complete description of services.
