Messenger, This is to advise you that your company has been awarded RFP P1120, WAN Services from the Cobb County School District. This award is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal, along with the signed addendum dated March 3, 2020. In compliance with O.C.G.A. § 20-2-506, this award is for a term of five (5) years unless earlier terminated as provided in the RFP.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit proposals to enter into contract(s) with qualified Vendor(s) to obtain WAN Ethernet Services over Leased Lit fiber (the preferred method of delivery), for the University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN). Please see the attached IFB documents for specifications.
The companies submitting proposals in response to this IFB will hereafter be referred to as “Vendor” or “Service Provider”. The University is examining several alternatives of providing WAN Ethernet Services and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. UETN is seeking bids on behalf of our stakeholders for WAN Services.
