The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source contract to Coastal Helicopters Inc., 7424 Coastal Drive, Panama City, FL 32404 for air services support with a specially modified Bell 407 helicopter with a weapons socket kit mounting and non-modified Bell 407, a Bell UH-1H, a Bell 206L, and fixed wing aircraft such as a Cessna 172 or similar.
