The purpose of this announcement is to provide the DRAFT Solicitation as well as the documents associated with the DRAFT Solicitation (Section J, Attachments) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division Communication Systems Integration Support (CSIS) N00421-24-R-0004 procurement.

NAVAIR Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) task NTWL to perform test and evaluation engineering, which includes research and development, systems analysis and engineering, and integration of warfare systems into Naval Aircraft and aviation subsystems.

The high speed synthesizers will be utilized in the performance of simulator system calibrations, circuit card assembly (CCA) troubleshooting, radio frequency (RF) signal analysis, simulator validations, and system level testing.  These synthesizers will be used in a network of simulation systems supporting multiple electronic warfare (EW) systems within the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF).  

The response date is not being extended due to this update.The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Combat Integration & Identification Systems Division has a requirement to procure 65 antenna horns, waveguide (Type II) and Mode 5 Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) with an option to procure an additional 65 antenna horns, waveguide (Type II) on a sole source basis from BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc.
