The Project consists of the Warhill High School Interior Renovations for Williamsburg-James City County Schools, Virginia, as shown on Contract Documents. The interior renovation is approximately 240,695 SF of existing construction finishes renovation. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, and painting.

This Project consists of the Warhill High School Auxiliary Gym Addition and Interior Renovations for Williamsburg-James City County Schools, Virginia, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by HBA Architecture & Interior Design, Virginia Beach, Virginia.  The gymnasium is approximately 12,245 SF and is connected to the existing high school through (2) two new fire rated doors and includes a multi-purpose room.

The Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural firms to produce detailed designs, construction drawings, specifications, contract documents and to obtain the necessary related regulatory approvals for construction of a new auxiliary gymnasium at Warhill High School.
