The services to be acquired are P-3 Mission Management System Engineering Support Services for a mixed fleet of fourteen P-3 aircraft consisting of both Airborne Early Warning (AEW) and Long-Range Tracking (LRT) configured aircraft.  The MMS software was designed, developed, integrated, tested, and has historically been maintained by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics specifically for CBP’s P-3 mission. 

The Government is performing market research on potential sources of manufacturing and or Repair for the following items and their components: Slip Ring Assembly, NSN: 5840014076587, P/N: 77C725831G001. NAICS code: 335312. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
