This fair opportunity exception (FOE) is required to authorize a three-month extension from 3 June 2022 to 2 September 2022 and a additional one-month contingency extension option from 3 September to 2 October 2022 for TO FA4600-19-F-A049 to ensure no gap in service occurs from when this task order ends and the follow-on contract begins.
