The Work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the Construction of Inert Waste Cell No. 2 & Initial Sediment Pond B, McDuffie County Solid Waste Facility consisting of grading for compacted cell subgrade, perimeter access roads, drainage ditches, sediment pond and stormwater piping.

The project consists of the following: Interim closure of the solid waste cell at the Nanwalek Landfill, reworking of waste and the site, and development of a new disposal area.
