It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure labour and equipment for daily operations of the Kitimat Municipal Landfill for a five (5) year period starting July 1, 2024, and subject to mutual satisfaction of services provided, an additional two (2) year extension could be offered.The Kitimat Municipal Landfill is a solid waste disposal facility and forms part of the Kitimat solid waste management system for the service area.
The project is located at the Loudoun County Landfill or Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF), located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The work consists of heavy earthwork, geosynthetics installation, and pipe work tasks associated with the Cell A1 Liner and Leachate Collection Systems’ Construction.
