The construction work includes site preparation and installation of building closure including concrete foundations with slab, roofing system, and building structure.

Liquid waste is defined as any waste material that is determined to contain “free liquids” as defined by Method 9095 Paint Filter Liquids Test (SW-846), unless the waste is household waste other than septic waste, waste oil, leachate, or gas condensate derived from the landfill. Waste acceptance is further discussed in the Operations Plan included in the Permit to Construct Application. (See Attachments).
