Contractor shall provide Encampment Site Waste Removal and Cleanup Services. Contractor shall collect, remove, transport, and legally dispose of all environmentally-regulated, biological and hazardous waste (HazWaste), and contaminated materials, debris, waste and other substances (collectively the "HazWaste Materials") and also cleanup the sites so that no HazWaste Materials remain on the site (collectively the "HazWaste Services").
Hazardous Materials Transportation License issued by California Highway Patrol (CHP). Trauma Scene Waste Management Practitioner (from State of California Department of Public Health, Medical Waste Management Program). Waste Tire Hauler Registration issued by Cal Recycle. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certificate of 40 hours of training.
Contractor agrees to provide Unsheltered Resident Encampment Site Waste Removal and Cleanup services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on an on-call, as-needed basis.
