Operations shall be conducted in order to provide continuous, cost effective, and efficient treatment of all wastewater. The system shall operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for non-personal services for Tertiary Wastewater Treatment Plant Services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB-MDL). Pre-Proposal Conference details will be provided within the solicitation. The proposed contract is for a 12 month base period with four twelve month options.
