This six month Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract procures Software Update services to support the Family of Light Armored Vehicles.

This purchase has been determined a single source because Equipment Watch is the only commercially available online service that provides access to comprehensive, industry standard data on equipment rental rates.

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract for the Services to BLUE SHARK SOFTWARE INC. for the Mobile Software Development for Watch Mobile Devices on behalf the the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR).
