The analysis should result in the development of a Water Master Plan (WMP) to address the short, medium, and long term water infrastructure needs for production and distribution system improvements required to meet existing and future service goals over a 20 year horizon.
Basic services to be provided include, but are not limited to, assisting state agencies in developing agency water master plans, advising on Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO) landscaping designs and implementation, advising on native plant design and installations, assisting in water use audits and surveys and fixture leak detection, assisting in irrigation design and plans and irrigation upgrades, advising on water meter installation
