Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for ELTRA CW-800M CARBON AND WATER ANALYZER.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to ALPHA RESOURCES LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that ALPHA RESOURCES LLC only source available to provide the carbon analyzer required to be compatible for existing equipment already in place at Goddard.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
