The area has around ten residential structures, each needing an individual water service lateral and fire protection. UNCP desires professional architecture and engineering to provide basic design services to assist UNCP in establishing a public water utility for future use on the described University property. The project will include installation of a new 6" water line with service connections to individual locations.

The scope includes replacement of 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” diameter water line with approximately 600 linear feet of 6”, 5,100 linear feet of 8”, 4,500 linear feet of 10”, and 400 linear feet of 12” water line.
