The intent of this project is to prepare plans and specifications necessary to replace the site water loop piping and isolation valves and to add a water booster pump in the basement of Mechanical Room 22-B449 of Building 22 for the domestic water supply.

The system loop will be able to provide water at a temperature between the ranges 60 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and provide a water flow rate from (0-45 GPM) Gallons -per -minute.
