The need for improved meter reading via Automated Meter Reading (AMR) or potentially Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology was also noted. The scope of work in this RFP generally includes the assembly of exterior and interior water meter and reading system installations with some endpoint retrofits and ancillary works.
