The City wishes to select a Proponent(s) with the product mix and with the service capability to supply and delivery water meters efficiently and cost-effectively. 23-26-C ARPA Water Meter Replacements The work to be done consists, in general, of inventorying approximately 3,200 water meters in various locations of the County, replacing and programming County furnished meter encoders as necessary, installing and programing County furnished endpoints, replacing water meter box lids, replacing meter bodies with associated plumbing in one District, and any other appurtenant work as specified in the project specifications
