.• The Las Vegas Bay concrete potable water storage tank requires routine maintenance. This project will perform various maintenance and installation activities on the water tank.• The existing 150,000 gallon, two cell concrete water storage tank requires the interior of the tank to be drained, cleaned and repainted with paint appropriate for use in potable water tanks. Currently 1 cell is in operation.
The Project consists of installation of a 1 MG ground water storage tank, connecting waterlines, valve vault, stormwater improvements, and all associated appurtenances. An additive alternate consists of the demolition of the existing 1.5 MG tank and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
