The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration and inspection services for the Booster Pump Station (BPS) 10A-B1 and Cave Creek Lone Mountain Waterline project which will construct a new 5.8 million gallons per day BPS and approximately two miles of new 16” waterline to connect between existing infrastructures. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $16.5 million.
All property owners in the area are on wells, and a goal of the project is to get 100% of them off of wells, due to some concerns related to ground water quality. BJWSA will serve as the project manager and fiscal agent for the Project on behalf of the County of Beaufort.

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for a new 16” Cave Creek and Lone Mountain Waterline Connection Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project.
Construction will also include, approximately 5,686 lineal feet of 18” PVC waterline including fittings, fire hydrants, flush valves, air release valves, Pressure Reducing valve, Jack and Bore operation, and existing waterline tie connection to the existing 18” waterline at the beginning of the project in Cattle Drive and at the intersection of Cattle Drive and Autumn Colors Drive.
